We ship our boxes during the last week of every month and subscribers should receive their box during the first week of the month.
If you ordered a one off, we aim to ship your fleur box within the next three working days. Please do look out for a dispatch email confirming this.

You will be charged at the point of purchase and billed every month on that same day.
Yes, you will be automatically billed monthly.
New subscribers are given a 2 weeks window from the 14th of every month to the 28th to receive the next month's box. If you miss the window, then you'll receive the following month's box.
As an example, Suzie planned on getting the January box but missed the 28th December deadline. She will instead receive the February box.
If you are an existing subscriber, you will receive the next scheduled box.
Every month subscribers will receive:
- 10 organic pads or tampons, depending on your preference;
- sweets and other delicious confectionary;
- teas; and
- surprise skincare or beauty products.
All boxes are shipped from the 28th of every month.
